What is the return policy?

Our return policy is 30 days

What are the shipping options?

We ship using Royal Mail, either Tracked 48, 2nd Class/Recorded or for and extra £2.95 we will send your order out Tracked 24 (ideal if your in a rush for your products).

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

None, we are a UK company shipping solely within the UK , this may change in the future, so please keep an eye out.

When will I receive my order?

If your order is placed before 10am Mon – Thurs (expect for bank hols) your order will go out the same day if not you order this will shipped out on the next available business day. If your order is placed at the weekend or a bank holiday it will shipped on the next available business day.

As we send out either 2nd class or 48hr Tracked, we would expect your order to arrive after dispatch within 2-5 working days.

If however you have paid £2.95 for faster shipping (Tracked 24hr), we expect this to arrive after dispatch within 1-3 working days.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Although we do our upmost to get your order to you in a timely manor sometimes delays can occur, please be aware of this and allow at least 10 working days before raising your concerns to us so we can investigate on your behalf. However if you have any concerns previous to this timeframe, do get in touch using our contact us page and we will happily assist with you query, this includes arranging a redelivery at a day that’s convenient for you.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please get in touch with us straight away should this be the case and we will be happy to help, just head over to our contact page and send us a message. We will require you to return your defective order, but good news this will be free of charge, just a small inconvenience of dropping it to your nearest post office, unfortunately we don’t at this time offer exchanges, but a full refund will be given upon receipt of your return.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If for any reason you need to make changes to your order please do so as soon as possible, once this is prepared and dispatched we cannot make any amendments.

Where are you located?

We are an online store only, but what we can guarantee is to deliver amazing customer service and sales aftercare as if you had walked into our store and spoken to one of our experienced team members face to face.

Where are your products sourced from?

We either work directly with the brands in question or with their main wholesalers, all our products are 100% authentic and new, sealed and boxed where possible. All of the brands we work with are cruelty free and most products are sulphate & paraben free (You’ll see as stated in products description).

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes our jiffy bags are made from 60% recycled materials and are also recyclable, the packaging shows you how to dispose correctly of them, our bubble wrap is also made from recycled materials and is also recyclable and just to add so are our boxes, we also ask you kindly to do your bit for the planet and recycle our packaging after use.

We also have a chat now button, where we can answer your message much quicker. We aim to answer any emails as promptly as possible, within 48hrs.
