We offer a full 30 day return policy which you can find out more information including terms and conditions outlined in our extensive return policy.
We at present don't offer exchanges but in the unlikely event a issue should arise with delivery a full refund will be issued including any postage paid.

At present we accept all credit and debit cards and also customers with a paypal account can also use this method to checkout.
How many branches does SGS LONDON have?
We currently are an online shop only but please don't be dismayed by this as you will receive the same great service if not better.
SGS LONDON Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the UK only (However this could be changing in the near future).
We aim to ship all orders either same day if order placed before 2pm or 1 business working day if after (Monday - Saturday we are shut Sunday) please be advised during bank holidays this can be longer.
We always using a tracked service and orders over £20 will require a signature.
For orders of a value of £19.99 or under a postage charge of £2.95 will be applied at checkout.
However overs over the value of £20.00 or above postage is free of charge.
